[ Location ] Phra That Phabom, Nakhon Phanom People from all over I-San, and neighbouring Laos, flock to Phra That Phanom. The Mekong riverside Buddhist structure contains a relic of the Lord Buddha and is the most revered shrine in I-San. The 7-day fair is notable for religious merit-making and a great variety of folk entertainment.
